The collection in the store will be made after the client has chosen this delivery method. Deliveries will always be made from 1:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, and buffets and takeaways will be valid for 5 hours from this time. . Only items with an expiration date on the product packaging may be extended for a period of 48 hours after the delivery date.
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment, through the store's regular delivery system. If you prefer express shipping, an additional charge will apply. You will be able to use the appropriate shipping method for your needs when you are making your payment. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport charges may vary depending on the delivery distance. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each one individually.
In the case of collection at a processed food store, you will have 5 hours after the start of deliveries to collect your order, we are not responsible for the integrity of the product once the delivery period has passed.
Refunds will be made for the following reasons.
- Situations of catastrophe or natural disasters.
- Events that disrupt the operation of the establishment (War, restriction of movement, quarantine)
- Verification of the product outside the expiration date after payment of the same, in this term it is possible to agree with the client the substitution of the product for another of his liking with a payment of 10% by the store.
